St. Louis Cardinals: YOU need to know the BestCardsMoments hashtag
The St. Louis Cardinals have a long, storied history and several of the bloggers in the United Cardinals Blogger network are letting fans recognize the best moments in a tournament challenge.
The St. Louis Cardinals are celebrating 125 years of greatness in Major League Baseball. In recognition of the great number of years and great number of moments in these years, members of the United Cardinals Bloggers are allowing Cardinals Nation to vote on and name the greatest of the #BestCardsMoments.
Speaking of that, we have established a Twitter hashtag to denote our articles and our polls. This hashtag is there to help YOU find YOUR way to our votes. Please be sure to follow #BestCardsMoments.
The United Cardinals Bloggers is an amazing group of blog sites devoted to covering all things St. Louis Cardinals. This 125 anniversary tournament is a great way to recognize the best of the best from the St. Louis Cardinals over the years.

Here’s a quick recap of the #BestCardsMoments from our friend @C70 over at C70 At The Bat:
To do this, I’ve enlisted the help of a few other sites, with each of us taking one quadrant of the bracket. On Mondays, you’ll find the Branch Rickey region here at C70 At The Bat. We’ll go over the matchup and have a spot for you to vote on which is your preference. Tuesdays, you’ll head over to The Intrepid STL for the Bing Devine region. Wednesdays will see Redbird Rants and the Walt Jocketty region while Thursdays will see Cardsblog and the John Mozeliak region going at it.
Several of our tournament polls have received great participation while others have not.

We want each of these tournament polls to get a great number of votes from Cardinals Nation so we can all crown the appropriate best of the best.
The tournament is a multi-week event so there will be plenty of opportunities for fans to get involved. Is there a favorite moment that you will champion throughout the tournament? I know I have mine.
Whether you love old time St. Louis Cardinals ball (that ball that was either never televised or was covered only on radio or in B&W, scratchy broadcasts) or you love the more recent stuff, this 125th anniversary tournament will give you something about which to cheer and for which to root. But it really only matters if you get involved.
I recently ran a poll checking to see if the followers of Redbird Rants knew about the #BestCardsMoments. These are the results:
While a small sample size, the poll showed me that we need to get the word out a little better. Hence this post. I beg that you go find and follow the #BestCardsMoments.
